Shaun Tubbs hails from the Midwest, and has been a performer, student of fitness, and an athlete nearly all his life. An avid runner and cyclist, he believes that doing healthy physical activity not only strengthens you physically, but also your resolve to conquer everyday stresses, leading to an elevated quality of life. He insists on pushing riders past their perceived physical limits and helping them find the boundaries that are so difficult to approach, but so rewarding to cross. You get what you put in, which in Shaun’s class is a lot.
